A resident engineer checks quality and compliance at every stage.

Demolition and rebuild
Safe clearance of the old structure and full new construction.
Materials and methods for Kuwait
Sulphate-resistant concrete
Salty groundwater and sulphate-rich soil attack standard concrete foundations, so resistant mix is specified.
Water curing in summer heat
Pouring early in the morning then continuous wetting and covering prevents cracking in extreme summer heat.
Coated or galvanised rebar
High coastal humidity corrodes unprotected rebar inside foundations, so protective coating extends its service life.
Dense concrete block walls
Denser block gives better thermal mass than lightweight alternatives and resists seasonal sandstorm pressure.
Before you call us
Municipal permit and drawings
Confirm that approved architectural drawings and the building permit are in hand before work starts.
Soil type and groundwater depth
Knowing soil conditions and groundwater level determines the correct foundation type for your plot.
Full project scope
Decide whether you want shell only, partial finishing or a fully finished turnkey handover.
Budget and payment method

How a Kuwaiti construction project is done right
Every sound build starts with engineering drawings that reflect local soil conditions and official requirements. Soil characteristics vary across Kuwait's governorates: coastal areas need foundations designed against salty groundwater, while inland plots require their own bearing-capacity studies. Approved municipal drawings are a hard starting point; no excavation should begin before they are in hand.
The structural shell stage is the most critical. Concrete must be poured in the early morning hours to avoid peak summer temperatures, then kept continuously wet and covered to prevent cracking. Rebar must be inspected before pouring to confirm bar diameters, spacing and correct concrete cover. Errors at this stage cannot be quietly fixed later without significant cost and disruption.
Many Kuwaiti homeowners plan extensions from the start, whether an extra floor, a rooftop annex or a basement. The smarter approach is to account for these additions in the original foundation design so it carries the future loads. When an extension is added to a structure not designed for it, a structural assessment is essential first to identify which columns and beams need strengthening.
Daily on-site engineering oversight is a necessity, not a luxury. An owner following the project remotely or from abroad needs a resident engineer who photographs every stage and sends regular reports, because rebar placement, waterproofing layers and compacted backfill are all buried and impossible to verify after the fact. A contract that includes full supervision protects the owner from costly structural surprises.
What goes wrong on most builds.
Most problems are built in early and found late. These three cost the most to fix.
01Shortcuts under the finish
Concrete and steel disappear under the finish, so a shortcut there stays hidden until it cracks.
02Mistakes behind the wall
A water or drain mistake found after the finish means breaking new tile.
03A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.

What sets the price.
No fixed price list applies; the quote depends on several project-specific factors assessed together.
Get a quoteProject scope
Shell only, partial finish or full turnkey handover each carries a different cost.
Area and height
More built-up area or additional floors directly increase material quantities and labour.
Soil and foundation type
Weak or coastal soil requires deeper foundations and more expensive resistant concrete mix.
Material specifications
Rebar grade, concrete strength and block type each affect the overall cost directly.
Site accessibility
Tight plots or sites adjacent to existing buildings require special equipment and raise costs.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan a floor be added to an existing building not originally designed for it?
Yes, but a structural assessment is required first to establish whether existing columns and foundations can carry the added load. Strengthening works may be needed before building begins.
When should concrete be poured during a Kuwaiti summer?
Pouring should happen early in the morning before temperatures peak. Continuous wetting and covering with damp fabric follow immediately to prevent surface cracking from rapid evaporation.
Does basement construction need special groundwater drainage?
Yes. In areas with high groundwater, such as coastal zones, a basement requires heavy external waterproofing and often permanent sump drainage to keep the structure dry.
What is the difference between turnkey and shell construction?
Shell covers concrete frame and block walls only, ready for a separate finishing contractor. Turnkey includes all finishing, electrical, plumbing and fit-out delivered ready to move in.
Do you work outside the greater Kuwait city area?
Yes, we operate across all 6 Kuwait governorates including Ahmadi, Jahra, Hawalli, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Farwaniya and the Capital.
Is it possible to build a complete house on instalments?
Yes, we offer construction on instalments where each payment is tied to a defined and agreed project milestone, giving the owner clear control over spending.
Who handles obtaining the building permits?
The permit is typically the owner's responsibility, but we assist by preparing the engineering drawings required for submission to the relevant authorities.
How can an owner based outside Kuwait follow the construction progress?
The on-site supervising engineer provides regular written reports with photos documenting each stage, allowing an overseas owner to follow progress and approve each milestone before the next begins.
