How much does it cost to build a house in Kuwait?

It depends on the plot size, the number of floors and the finishing level. Send us your plot size and plans if you have them, and we will price it.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, we offer construction and finishing on instalments. Call us for the terms.

Do you build turnkey?

Yes, from footings and shell through finishing to handing over the keys, with one company.

Do you take renovation-only jobs?

Yes, such as bathroom and kitchen renovation, house and apartment renovation, and insulation work.

Do you prepare the drawings?

Yes, architectural and electrical drawings and land surveys, with engineering supervision during the build.

Do you have an emergency plumber?

Yes, a 24-hour emergency plumber, plus regular maintenance contracts.
