A hollow block wall cannot support the carrier frame on its own. The wall needs a concrete pillar or a steel sub-frame installed first to carry the load safely.
What is the correct height for a wall-hung toilet?
The standard rim height is typically between 40 and 45 centimetres from the finished floor. Many carrier frames allow height adjustment before the wall is closed, so it can suit the household.
Does Kuwait's hard water affect the concealed flush mechanism?
Hard water leaves scale inside the concealed cistern valves over time, slowing refill or causing weak flushes. Periodic valve cleaning extends the life of the mechanism.
Can the toilet be fitted in an existing bathroom without full tile removal?
Usually only a narrow section behind the unit needs breaking to set the frame and run connections. The broken tiles are then reinstated. The exact scope depends on existing pipe positions.
Why does damp appear behind a wall-hung toilet some time after fitting?
The most common cause is a worn rubber seal at the drain outlet or a deteriorated supply hose inside the wall. Early detection matters because moisture spreads through the blockwork and weakens the frame fixing.
