Yes, but chemical anchors designed for hollow block are required instead of standard plugs. Ordinary plastic plugs pull out under the basin weight and daily use, making the fixture unstable over time.
Why do white mineral deposits form around the basin rim so quickly in Kuwait?
Kuwait tap water is high in dissolved minerals. When splash evaporates on the rear rim it leaves calcium and magnesium deposits. Regular cleaning and a well-sealed silicone line slow the build-up considerably.
Can the mounting height of a wall-hung basin be changed from the standard position?
It is possible if the supply and drain stubs in the wall allow it. A significant height change may require tile-breaking to reposition the pipes, which is assessed during the site visit.
Does high water pressure affect a wall-hung basin installation?
High pressure stresses braided hoses and valve connections and speeds up joint failure if they are not tight. Pressure is checked at installation and a pressure reducer is recommended if it exceeds safe limits.
Does the service include removing the old basin before fitting the new one?
Yes, the quote covers removing the old basin, stripping residual silicone and cleaning the wall surface in preparation for the new installation. This is stated clearly in the written quote.
