Call nowCan a pool be designed right against the villa's outer boundary wall?
No. Kuwaiti building regulations require setback distances between the pool and plot boundaries. The design accounts for these from the start so drawings are not rejected at the permit stage.
Why does a pool in a coastal area need a different structural design?
Coastal soil in Kuwait contains sulphates and saline groundwater that corrode rebar and weaken concrete. The design specifies resistant cement grade and required waterproofing thickness from the outset.
Are the drawings sufficient to apply for a pool construction permit?
The drawings we issue include the sections and structural details typically required for permit applications. Municipal requirements can vary and may call for additional documents.
Can the pool design be changed after excavation starts?
Changing shape or depth after excavation is costly because the pit size and footings are already set. Full design approval before any earthworks avoids this.
Does the design include locating the pump room?
Yes. The drawings show the pump room or cabinet position, pipe runs and electrical conduit routes so that mechanical and electrical works align with the structural shell.
