What the work covers
Full treatment of the outer shell from rendered walls to aluminium frames and external cladding

Crack injection and repair
Surface and structural cracks cleaned, routed and filled with the correct compound

Render and exterior paint
Damaged render stripped and reapplied with UV-resistant exterior paint on top

Facade cladding
Stone, ceramic or panel cladding replaced or newly installed over prepared substrate

Aluminium frames and glazing
Frame gaps sealed, worn gaskets replaced, single glazing swapped for double-glazed units

Facade thermal insulation
Insulation board fixed to the wall surface before render to cut heat transfer

External waterproofing
Waterproof membrane applied to base-of-wall zones and parapet edges before finishing
Materials and methods
Epoxy resin crack injection
Injected at low pressure to fill the crack fully and restore bond without future widening
Polymer-modified render
Absorbs Kuwait's extreme thermal expansion better than standard cement render and resists re-cracking
Heat-reflective exterior coating
Reflects solar radiation and lowers wall surface temperature, reducing the load on AC units
Silicone joint sealant
Applied to cladding joints and around aluminium frames to block fine dust and salt-laden moisture
Common mistakes in facade renovation
Painting over damp render
Trapped moisture blisters the new paint within months and the problem returns from the base
Leaving aluminium frames unsealed
Gaps between frame and wall let coastal moisture creep in and erode the render from behind
Cladding on unprepared substrate
Cladding fixed to dusty or friable substrate cracks and detaches at the first severe heatwave
Ignoring parapet and base zones
Top parapet and base of wall are the most water-prone zones; skipping them voids the rest of the work

What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

A rushed finishTurnkey finishing
Marble, tiling, gypsum and paint from one company.

Four contractors for one finishOne company for every trade
No gaps between the tiler, the gypsum crew and the painter.

After-care that never comesRegular maintenance after handover
And finishing on instalments if you need it.
How it works.
First contact
Call or WhatsApp us to describe the facade condition and location
Site inspection
We visit to map cracks, check cladding, frames and assess the full surface
Quotation and approval
A detailed offer listing works and chosen materials is submitted for your approval
Execution
Scaffolding erected, then work proceeds in order: injection, render, insulation, cladding, coating
Handover
Joint walkthrough carried out before final handover and scaffolding removal
What sets the price.
No fixed rate applies; these factors shape the actual quote for each facade job
Get a quoteFacade area and floor count
More area and height means more scaffolding and labour cost
Extent of existing damage
Structural cracks and widespread spalled render increase both time and material quantities
Cladding type selected
Natural stone costs more to fix and shape than ceramic tile or paint-only finishes
Adding thermal insulation
Fixing insulation board adds materials and requires an extra render coat on top
Site access difficulty
Buildings on narrow streets or with tight surroundings need special scaffolding or a lift
Why one contractor beats four.
Every extra contractor means another schedule and another excuse. With us, one company answers for all of it.
Turnkey
Shell and finishing with one company, from footings to keys.
Pay in instalments
Construction and finishing on instalments. Ask us for the details.
Engineering supervision
Architectural drawings and engineering supervision on site.
After handover
Maintenance contracts and a 24-hour emergency plumber.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan the facade be renovated without replacing all the aluminium?
Yes, if the frames are structurally sound they can be cleaned, resealed and reglazed without full replacement. Full replacement is needed only when frames are badly warped or corroded.
How do I know if the existing render needs full removal or just patching?
A light tap test reveals hollows which mean the render has debonded and must come off. If the render is well bonded and cracks are isolated, targeted patching is enough.
Does Kuwait's heat cause new facade paint to crack quickly?
Rigid cement-based paint cracks under repeated thermal expansion and contraction. Elastomeric or polymer-modified coatings absorb this movement and stay intact through Kuwait's summers.
Does facade renovation include treating the inside face of cracked walls?
Facade renovation addresses the outer surface, joints and frames. Where moisture has reached the interior we recommend treating the inner face as a separate scope of renovation work.
Can facade renovation be done in stages, one elevation at a time?
Yes, especially for large buildings or tight budgets. We start with the most damaged or west-facing elevation and schedule the rest later without affecting the quality of each stage.
