What the service covers
Targeted repair from tracing the damage source through to a finished ceiling

Leak tracing
Pinpoint the true moisture source before any repair begins

Roof waterproofing
Apply a waterproofing membrane to the roof slab to stop water ingress

Crack injection
Inject cracks with resin or polymer grout matched to crack type

Gypsum ceiling renewal
Remove damaged gypsum, refit panels, restore lighting and paint

Stain and salt treatment
Remove moisture stains and salt deposits from the ceiling before painting

Finishing coat
Apply moisture-resistant paint to the repaired ceiling as a final finish
Mistakes that make ceiling repairs fail
Painting over damp concrete
Paint applied to a damp slab peels quickly and hides the real moisture source
Skipping roof slab waterproofing
Patching the ceiling inside without treating the roof slab lets leaks return
Filling structural cracks with filler
Gypsum filler alone cannot bridge a moving crack and will fracture again
Refitting gypsum boards while wet
Fixing new gypsum boards before the slab dries causes board damage and mould

Questions, answered.
Call nowDoes the roof slab need treating before the interior ceiling is repaired?
If the damage is caused by water ingress, yes. Repairing the interior ceiling without stopping the source above means the damage returns with the first rain. We confirm this during the site visit.
What is the difference between a structural crack and a surface crack in a ceiling?
A surface crack is narrow, straight and confined to the plaster or paint layer. A structural crack is wider, irregular and may pass through the slab. The first needs simple filling; the second requires proper crack injection.
Can part of a gypsum ceiling be repaired without replacing the whole ceiling?
Yes, when the damage is limited. We replace only the affected boards or sections and match the finish. If moisture has spread widely, a full replacement may be the more practical choice.
How does Kuwait's intense heat affect building ceilings?
Intense heat expands the roof slab during the day and contracts it at night, gradually opening fine cracks. Uninsulated slabs also transfer heat inward and increase the likelihood of paint and plaster cracking.
Do ceiling repair works require the room to be vacated?
Usually yes during active work, particularly when demolishing old gypsum or injecting cracks. We protect floors and cover furniture, but the room needs to be cleared temporarily for safety and quality.
