What villa renovation covers
Structural crack treatment through full finishing, waterproofing and systems renewal

Crack diagnosis and repair
Epoxy injection or polymer mortar chosen by crack depth and cause

Roof and wall insulation
Thermal and waterproofing layers cut internal heat and prevent damp ingress

Floor and wall renewal
Old tiles removed, new marble or porcelain laid over a waterproofing membrane

External facade restoration
Polymer render, reflective coating and sealed aluminium frame joints applied

Kitchen and bathroom overhaul
Full strip-out and retiling with waterproofing membrane before new tiles go down

Electrical and plumbing renewal
Drain and supply lines replaced, electrical boards updated where required
Signs your villa needs renovation
Recurring diagonal cracks
Cracks reappearing after every repaint point to structural movement, not surface shrinkage
Interior paint peeling at walls
Peeling near floor bases or below windows usually signals rising damp or water ingress
Musty smell in closed rooms
Persistent musty odour despite ventilation indicates trapped moisture behind finishes or under floors
Loose or leaking aluminium frames
Rattling frames or dust entering despite closed windows raise cooling costs and let salt air in
Common mistakes in villa renovation
Painting over salt efflorescence
Covering white salt bloom without treatment causes the new paint layer to peel within weeks
Tiling bathrooms without membrane
Laying tiles directly on concrete without a waterproof membrane repeats leaks to the floor below
Leaving roof works last
Finishing interiors before fixing roof waterproofing exposes all new works to water infiltration
Using gypsum filler on structural cracks
Filling external wall cracks with gypsum filler crumbles under Kuwait heat and leaves gaps exposed

What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan villa renovation be done while we are living inside?
Works can be phased so part of the villa stays occupied. However, demolition and waterproofing in active rooms require temporary clearance for safety and finish quality.
How do we know if cracks need structural repair or just surface treatment?
Wide diagonal cracks at opening corners or cracks running through the full wall thickness need epoxy injection and structural attention. Fine hairline surface cracks are treated with polymer repair mortar only.
Does villa renovation include replacing the old drainage network?
Yes. If the existing drainage is corroded or repeatedly blocked it is replaced as part of the full renovation scope. The network is assessed during the site inspection and only what requires replacement is included.
Can we renovate only part of the villa rather than the whole building?
Yes, partial renovation is possible: one floor, bathrooms only, or the facade alone. Each section must still start with structural and waterproofing works before any finishing is applied.
Can thermal insulation be added to an existing old roof during renovation?
Yes. Thermal insulation is applied to the existing roof after cleaning, crack repair and removal of deteriorated layers. It noticeably reduces AC loads in Kuwaiti villas.
