What the renovation covers
Structural repairs, facade re-cladding, interior re-finishing and waterproofing handled under one contract.

Crack repair
Injection or stitching of structural and surface cracks before re-rendering.

Facade re-cladding
Strip failing render, apply bonding layer, new insulated cladding or paint system.

Roof waterproofing
Waterproofing membrane on the roof deck before any new screed or tiles.

Interior re-finishing
Marble or porcelain floors, gypsum ceilings, paint and internal aluminium works.

Wet area overhaul
Replace first-fix plumbing and waterproof floors before tiling bathrooms or kitchens.

Extensions and additions
Tie new floors or annexes structurally and aesthetically into the existing building.
Mistakes that cost owners more later
Finishing over live damp
Tiling or painting a damp wall locks moisture in and finish fails within months.
Skipping rebar continuity checks
Adding structure without checking existing rebar leads to weak connections and future cracking.
Unsealed aluminium-to-wall joints
Gaps around window frames let in fine dust and salt-laden humidity, staining walls inside.
Deferring thermal insulation
Re-rendering without insulation leaves cooling loads high and forces another intervention soon.
Before you call us
Map the damage zones
Walk the building and mark every crack, damp patch and area of spalling before the survey.
Decide occupancy during works
Whether the building stays occupied affects work sequencing and which areas are tackled first.
Locate structural drawings
Having structural, electrical and plumbing drawings prevents accidental cutting of hidden pipes.
Photograph all visible defects
Clear photos of cracks, leaks and failed finishes speed up the site survey and quote preparation.
More in house renovation.
What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

A rushed finishTurnkey finishing
Marble, tiling, gypsum and paint from one company.

Four contractors for one finishOne company for every trade
No gaps between the tiler, the gypsum crew and the painter.

After-care that never comesRegular maintenance after handover
And finishing on instalments if you need it.
How it works.
Contact us
Send initial photos via WhatsApp or call to arrange a site inspection visit.
Site survey
We inspect cracks, damp, finishes and structure, documenting all defects found.
Proposal and schedule
Detailed quote with itemised works, phasing plan and occupancy arrangement provided.
Phased execution
Structural repairs and waterproofing first, then facade works, then interior finishing.
Inspection and handover
Joint walkthrough checking every item on the scope before final handover.
What sets the price.
No fixed rate applies; the quote depends on a site inspection that assesses actual damage and scope.
Get a quoteBuilding size and floors
Total floor area and storey count drive material quantities and labour hours directly.
Structural damage depth
Structural cracks needing injection or rebar stitching cost significantly more than surface-only defects.
Condition of existing finishes
Full strip-out of old tiles, render or ceilings adds demolition labour and debris removal costs.
Replacement finish grade
Natural marble and high-spec insulated aluminium cost more than standard porcelain and basic frames.
Site access conditions
Tight compound access or upper floors without a lift raise scaffolding and handling costs.
Why one contractor beats four.
Every extra contractor means another schedule and another excuse. With us, one company answers for all of it.
Turnkey
Shell and finishing with one company, from footings to keys.
Pay in instalments
Construction and finishing on instalments. Ask us for the details.
Engineering supervision
Architectural drawings and engineering supervision on site.
After handover
Maintenance contracts and a 24-hour emergency plumber.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan a commercial building be renovated without stopping operations inside?
In most cases yes. The building is divided into zones and work proceeds area by area to keep parts operational. We agree an occupancy plan during the proposal stage based on the damage scope.
What is the difference between crack injection and stitching?
Injection fills fine or deep cracks by pumping resin under pressure from the inside. Stitching uses metal staples or rebar ties across wide structural cracks to restore tensile strength across the break.
Do old finishes always need demolishing before renovation starts?
Not always. Sound and level existing finishes can sometimes accept a new layer. However, tiles over damp surfaces or poorly bonded render must be stripped to guarantee adhesion and prevent early failure.
How is rising damp in ground-floor walls handled during renovation?
Damaged render is stripped from the base, a damp-resistant barrier treatment is applied to the wall surface, and the area is re-rendered with a salt-tolerant mix before any final finish coat.
Does building renovation include upgrading old electrical and plumbing networks?
Yes. Electrical rewiring and first-fix plumbing replacement can be included in the renovation scope. Both should be completed and tested before walls and ceilings are closed off with new finishes.
