Call nowCan a single bathroom be finished without touching the rest of the unit?
Yes. A single bathroom is treated as a self-contained scope. We can finish one bathroom or several without any work being required in the rest of the apartment or villa.
What is the difference between floor waterproofing and wall waterproofing in a bathroom?
The floor receives direct water pooling and needs a thicker membrane that laps up the walls. Shower walls stay permanently wet and need full membrane coverage. Walls away from the water zone may need only a lighter treatment depending on their condition.
Does Kuwait's hard water affect bathroom finishing?
Yes. The high calcium content leaves scale on tiles, glass screens, and mixer taps. Using the correct grout type and fitting mixers properly reduces the visible build-up over time.
What type of ceiling lighting suits a Kuwaiti bathroom?
Recessed LED fittings in moisture-rated gypsum board are the standard choice. The fittings should carry an appropriate moisture protection rating, and adequate ventilation alongside the lighting prevents steam build-up that shortens the life of all ceiling finishes.
Does the service include supplying sanitary ware or is it installation only?
Both options are available. We can supply and install sanitary ware under the same contract, or install items the client purchases separately. It is best to agree on this before the plumbing rough-in begins.
