What sets this area apart

Firdous is a newer residential district with mid-sized villas and new apartment blocks, mostly built in the past two decades. Bathrooms here are typically spacious with open-plan designs, separate shower areas and floor drains, requiring comprehensive waterproofing on all wet surfaces. New construction means higher precision in pipe and drain routing before the pour, and easier leak management because plumbing is planned from the start.

Firdous lies in Farwaniya governorate, a newer residential district near the Sixth Ring Road.

We follow current Kuwaiti building standards with a minimum 0.25 mm polyethylene waterproof membrane thickness on all wet surfaces.

Questions about Bathroom finishing in Firdous

Call now
How do you finish a spacious bathroom with a separate shower area and dry zone?

We divide the bathroom into zones with separate waterproof membranes, with a low-level floor drain for the shower and a dry zone without direct drainage. We install water-resistant tiling in the shower area and standard tiling in the dry zone.

Is bathroom plumbing easier to install in a new villa than an old one?

Much easier. In a new villa, pipes are planned before pouring, so we don't break walls. In older ones, we work around the existing structure, which may require complex routing and extra repairs.
