Call nowCan the shop finishing be split into stages rather than done all at once?
It is possible in some cases, but electrical and plumbing rough-ins should be done before walls and ceilings are closed. Reopening finished surfaces later adds unnecessary cost.
What is the practical difference between shop finishing and office finishing?
Shops need adjustable display lighting, a visually open glazed front and high-traffic floor materials. Offices focus on partitions, acoustics and task lighting. The trades overlap but the brief and priorities differ.
Can a shop inside an occupied mall or commercial building be finished without disturbing neighbours?
Yes. We coordinate noisy work hours with building management and use dust barriers to isolate the unit from neighbouring tenants.
Does shop finishing include the electrical distribution board?
Yes. If the existing board cannot handle the lighting, AC and equipment loads, installing or upgrading the board is included in the contract scope.
Can thermal insulation be added to the walls of an existing shop without full demolition?
Thin insulation boards can be fixed behind new wall cladding without demolishing the structure. We assess the best method during the site survey.
