What office finishing covers
Floors to ceiling, every trade coordinated so the office is handed over ready to occupy.

Office flooring
Porcelain, vinyl plank or carpet tile laid to a clean, level finish.

Suspended gypsum ceilings
Conceal AC ducts, cable trays and recessed lighting above.

Glass and partition walls
Gypsum or framed glass partitions with acoustic insulation between offices.

Electrical and data runs
Power points, data outlets, lighting circuits and DB boards per the office layout.

Wall paint and cladding
Washable paint, wall panels or acoustic cladding as the design requires.

Toilets and pantry
Full finishing of office toilets and staff pantry areas.
Materials and methods for office finishing
SPC vinyl plank flooring
100 percent waterproof and rigid; floated dry over concrete without adhesive for fast replacement.
Moisture-resistant gypsum board
Used in toilet and pantry partitions to prevent board swelling in humid service areas.
Aluminium-framed double glazing
Applied to internal glazed partitions and external windows to cut noise and reduce cooling load.
Acoustic insulation batts
Packed inside partition stud walls to prevent sound transmission between meeting rooms and open areas.
Common mistakes in office finishing
No cable planning before floors
Running data and power after floors are laid forces costly rework or exposed surface trunking.
Sealed ceiling with no access
A fully sealed suspended ceiling with no hatches blocks future access to AC pipes and cable trays.
Partitions without acoustic fill
An unfilled stud partition transmits conversation clearly between meeting rooms, breaking confidentiality.
Single lighting circuit throughout
Wiring all lights on one circuit removes zone control and wastes energy across unused office areas.
More in turnkey finishing.
What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

What sets the price.
No fixed rate applies; the quote depends on the specific conditions and choices below.
Get a quoteTotal floor area
Total square metres of the office space is the single biggest cost driver.
Finish grade chosen
Choice between economy porcelain, SPC vinyl or premium stone affects budget substantially.
Partition count and layout
More enclosed offices and meeting rooms increase gypsum, glazing and acoustic fill costs.
Electrical and data infrastructure
Power points, data outlets and DB boards multiply with higher office occupancy density.
Demolition and prep works
Stripping old finishes or rerouting existing MEP runs adds to both cost and programme.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan office finishing be done while part of the office remains occupied?
Yes, works can be zoned so one area is finished while another stays in use. Temporary hoarding reduces dust and noise. Phasing this way extends the overall programme but avoids a full shutdown.
What is the practical difference between SPC vinyl and porcelain for office floors in Kuwait?
SPC vinyl installs faster, is softer underfoot for long working hours and handles Kuwait's humidity well. Porcelain is harder, more formal in appearance and better under very heavy point loads such as server racks.
Does the office finishing contract include proper earthing for computer equipment?
Yes, the electrical scope within the finishing contract includes correct earthing at sockets and the distribution board. Proper earthing protects sensitive office equipment from voltage irregularities.
Can acoustic insulation be added to existing office partitions without demolishing them?
Packed insulation batts cannot be added to a sealed partition without opening it. A practical alternative is laminating an additional gypsum layer with a resilient damping compound to the existing face, which improves acoustic performance without full demolition.
Do you carry out office finishing on an instalment payment basis?
Yes, office finishing can be arranged on an instalment basis. Payment milestones are agreed in the contract and tied to specific completion stages, so payments follow the progress of work.
