Call nowCan split AC pipes be run after painting is already finished?
It is possible, but a hidden route requires chasing into the wall and making it good again. A surface trunking channel is faster and avoids disturbing the existing paint.
Why does condensation form on copper pipes in Kuwait specifically?
The large temperature gap between cold copper and hot indoor air causes rapid sweating. Without adequate foam insulation the moisture runs behind walls and damages plaster and paint.
What is the difference between a surface trunking channel and chasing directly into the wall?
Surface trunking is quicker to install and easy to access later but remains visible. Chasing hides the pipes completely and suits high-end finishes, but the wall needs re-plastering and painting afterward.
Can two split units share the same trunking channel for their pipes?
Pipes for two units can share a single trunking run where the route is common, provided each pipe is individually insulated before grouping to prevent one cold pipe sweating onto the other.
Does split AC piping work include filling the refrigerant gas?
Piping work covers running the copper and pressure testing the line. Refrigerant is charged after the line passes the pressure test, with the quantity set by the run length and manufacturer data.
