In most cases yes. The affected door is removed and the hinges or frame channel are adjusted without touching adjacent units. Full dismantling is only needed when the carcass itself has shifted.
Why do aluminium handles corrode quickly in Kuwaiti kitchens?
Coastal humidity combined with cooking steam attacks thin or low-grade surface coatings on handles. Replacing them with handles carrying a thicker powder coat suited to wet kitchen conditions extends their life considerably.
Can new aluminium sections be colour-matched to an existing kitchen?
Matching is achievable for most standard colours. The accuracy depends on how much the original finish has aged or faded, which is why bringing a sample piece to compare before ordering helps avoid a visible mismatch.
When is repair no longer practical and replacement the better choice?
When the profile is buckled or delaminating across a wide section, or when the same component has been repaired more than once, replacement becomes more cost-effective in the long run.
Do drawer runner repairs require original parts from the same manufacturer?
Not always. Standard runner sizes are widely available and fit most systems. Proprietary European soft-close mechanisms with non-standard dimensions may need a matched replacement to maintain the original action.
