What sets this area apart

Abu Hasaniya contains spacious residential villas on sea-facing plots, with bathrooms exposed to high humidity and open air. The marble is subject to sea spray and repeated heating from direct sunlight, requiring thicker stone and strong adhesive. We measure each basin individually and apply waterproof edge-sealing on all openings and joints to protect the cabinet and metal fixtures from future corrosion.

Abu Hasaniya is in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate, a district of sea-facing residential villas.

We use marble at least two centimetres thick for basins in sea-facing villas to withstand salt and humidity.

Questions about Marble basins in Abu Hasaniya

Call now
Is thin marble suitable for bathroom basins in seaside villas?

No, thin marble cracks under heavy tap weight and heat and salt fluctuations. We use thicker stone and salt-resistant adhesive to ensure the basin lasts.

How do you handle tap holes in marble basins on seaside properties?

We cut tap holes with a diamond cutter before installation, then apply waterproof sealant around each hole after fixing. This prevents water and salt entering the stone through the opening.
