Can decorative stone be fixed in a narrow corridor?
Yes, but narrow corridors require more precise cutting and smaller tools, which affects time and cost. These details are assessed during the site visit and reflected in the quote.
Does coastal humidity in Kuwait affect interior decorative stone?
Porous natural stone absorbs moisture without proper sealing, leading to dark staining over time. Applying a clear sealer after installation protects the surface and makes cleaning easier in coastal areas.
Can decorative stone be fixed directly over a painted wall?
It is generally not recommended. Thick paint layers weaken the adhesive bond and raise the risk of panels detaching later. The team checks the surface during the visit and confirms whether removal is needed.
How is interior decorative stone cleaned after installation?
Wiping with a damp soft cloth is usually enough. Avoid acidic or bleach-based cleaners as they damage the sealer and dull the surface. Reapplying sealer periodically is advisable depending on stone type and use.
