What sets this area apart

Most commercial buildings in Salhiya are older structures being refurbished or new shops with glass and steel facades needing stone elements for architectural identity. Substrate walls may be concrete, brick or metal, requiring deep scraping, cleaning and moisture testing before bonding. Natural stone in this zone faces sharp temperature swings and harsh weather, so we use flexible adhesives that tolerate thermal movement and salt-resistant grout.

Salhiya lies in Capital governorate, a central commercial and administrative district around Salhiya Commercial Complex.

We test the natural stone's water absorption before purchase to ensure stability under seasonal moisture.

Questions about Interior decorative stone in Salhiya

Call now
How do you install stone on an old shop front of weathered concrete?

We scrape the surface with power tools to remove paint, dirt and salt deposits, then wash and dry it. We inspect major cracks, fill them with cement mortar, then apply a strong moisture-blocking adhesive.

Does installation differ for thin veneer stone versus thick slab stone?

Thin veneer needs thinner adhesive and sets faster, while thick slab requires denser adhesive and additional metal support. In both cases we fill joints deeply with grout and seal the surface with a water repellent.
