What the service covers
Gathering, sorting, loading and hauling all post-demolition waste until the site is clean.

Rubble collection
Hand-loading broken concrete and block pieces into removal bags or skips.

Old tile disposal
Bagging and removing ceramic and porcelain tile fragments after breaking works.

Plaster and gypsum waste
Clearing broken gypsum board, coving and ceiling debris from the work area.

Dust and fines sweep
Sweeping and vacuuming fine dust residue before handover to the finishing team.

Waste sorting
Separating metal, timber and concrete to allow correct off-site disposal.

Site handover
Final walkthrough confirming floors and corners are completely clear of debris.
Common mistakes in debris removal
Delaying the clearance
Leaving rubble piled for days blocks the next trade and raises overall project cost.
Ignoring tile dust
Fine ceramic dust contaminates surfaces and weakens the bond of new tile adhesive.
Mixing waste types
Mixing rebar with concrete makes loads heavier and complicates legal off-site disposal.
Missing tight corners
Rubble left in corners and behind doorframes traps moisture and prevents waterproofing application.
Before you call
Estimate the volume
Note how many rooms were broken and their approximate area to speed up quoting.
Check site access
Confirm a service lift or ground-floor access wide enough for a skip or cart.
Identify waste types
Flag any rebar offcuts, old timber, or chemical residues mixed into the rubble.
Know your finishing schedule
Share when your finishing crew is due so clearance is timed to avoid delays.
More in demolition & removal.
What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

Four contractors for one finishOne company for every trade
No gaps between the tiler, the gypsum crew and the painter.

Inspection and handover

What sets the price.
No fixed rate applies; the quote depends on how these factors combine on your site.
Get a quoteVolume and weight
Total bulk of broken concrete and tile determines the number of haulage trips.
Access difficulty
Upper floors or narrow entries require more labour and specialised equipment.
Waste composition
Mixed or metal-heavy loads need extra manual sorting before loading.
Total floor area
Larger areas mean longer collection, sweeping and dust-clearance time.
Final clean level
Handover to a finishing team requires a finer dust sweep than a structural clearance.

Questions, answered.
Call nowDoes the quote include full off-site disposal or just loading?
The quote covers collection, loading and full haulage away from your property. The appropriate disposal point is confirmed during the site visit.
Can debris be removed from a high-floor apartment without damaging the lift?
We use heavy-duty bags and padded trolleys to protect lift walls and floors. Where site conditions allow, a service staircase or external chute is used instead.
Must debris be cleared before waterproofing or new tiling starts?
Yes. Residual rubble and dust prevent waterproofing and tile adhesive from bonding correctly. A clean substrate is essential before any finishing coat or membrane is applied.
How is the rest of the house protected from dust during clearance?
Doorways leading to occupied areas are sealed with polythene sheeting, and extraction fans are positioned where needed to keep adjacent rooms free of fine dust.
Can only part of the rubble be removed if the demolition was partial?
Certainly. We agree with the owner which zones need clearing, and the quote is based only on the actual volume to be removed from those specific areas.
