What sets this area apart

Mansouriya has medium-rise apartment buildings and villas on relatively large plots, with a mix of modern and older concrete substrates. Newer villas have level concrete floors, while some apartment buildings have slight slopes for drainage. To install seamless porcelain on these surfaces, we test the substrate level with a calibrated straightedge to identify areas needing levelling. We then fix tiles with 0.5 to 1 mm joints and finish with a tight-sealing compound.

Mansouriya lies in Kuwait governorate, a mixed residential district near Fourth Ring Road.

Residential floors in Mansouriya rarely exceed a 2 mm per metre slope for drainage purposes.

What the work covers - Seamless porcelain

What the work covers

Substrate levelling through rectified tile fixing and joint sealing with a colour-matched compound.

  • Substrate levelling

Self-levelling compound applied to eliminate any height variation before fixing.

  • Rectified tile check

Tiles measured and sorted to confirm straight factory-cut edges before laying.

  • Clip-assisted fixing

Levelling clips and wedges set at every tile to keep the surface flush throughout.

  • Expansion joints

Flexible joints placed at wall perimeters and field breaks to absorb summer heat movement.

  • Micro-joint filling

High-density colour-matched compound fills the narrow joint and seals it against dust.

  • Clean-up and handover

Adhesive residue removed, surface polished, and every tile tap-tested before handover.

Questions about Seamless porcelain in Mansouriya

Call now
Can seamless porcelain be laid on a slightly sloped floor?

Yes, minor drainage slope is not an issue. We use mortar with variable thickness to neutralise the slope, then fix tiles with uniform tight joints.

What is the difference between standard and rectified porcelain tiles?

Rectified porcelain has edges cut to high precision to achieve very tight joints. Standard porcelain has dimensional tolerances requiring wider joints.
