What sets this area apart

Mansouriya is a residential neighbourhood around old and new Mansouriya with adjoining family villas and some apartment blocks. Most villas were built decades ago and need floor updates, especially in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways. The soil in Mansouriya has moderate moisture and plots are close together, meaning work requires careful waterproofing to prevent water leaks to neighbouring homes. We lay outdoor courtyard tile with proper slope and appropriate movement joints.

Mansouriya is in Kuwait Capital governorate, a residential area near Mansouriya Co-op and Fourth Ring Road.

We leave minimum one-centimetre movement joints between outdoor tile pieces on patios and courtyards.

Questions about Ceramic & porcelain tiling in Mansouriya

Call now
Does new tile installation prevent water seepage from the patio to the neighbour's house?

Tile installation alone is not enough. We apply waterproofing under the tile with appropriate thickness and slope the surface toward the floor drain. If moisture already exists, we may recommend improving the drainage system around the plot.

What is the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile for a Mansouriya courtyard?

Porcelain tile is denser and absorbs less water, making it better for patios and outdoor areas. Ceramic is cheaper but needs stronger waterproofing. We usually choose porcelain for outdoor patios and ceramic for indoor spaces.
