Kitchen tiling in Kuwait - Abu Hasaniya

Kitchen tiling in Abu Hasaniya

Abu Hasaniya kitchen tiling relies on firm setting over sound concrete substrate, with special moisture treatment for sea-facing villas. We cover all kitchen corners and tile joints with resistant grout to ensure water does not penetrate the structure.

What sets this area apart

Abu Hasaniya has broad residential villas with medium-sized kitchens and walls and floors exposed to sea humidity and airborne salt. The substrate in most villas is dry concrete, but proximity to the sea requires full waterproofing treatment before any tiling. We inspect the concrete for cracks and smoothness, apply a waterproofing layer, then set tiles with tight cement mortar that blocks movement and moisture beneath.

Abu Hasaniya is in Mubarak Al-Kabeer governorate, a residential villa area a short distance from the coast and the Gulf.

We inspect the concrete substrate for horizontal cracks or settling before applying the waterproofing membrane.

Yes, we apply extra waterproofing and use glazed tiles and salt-resistant mortar, with silicone sealant on all joints and edges.
