What sets this area apart

Most Zahraa villas were built decades ago with aging bathroom tiles and basic water and drainage runs; copper and iron pipes suffer corrosion. Refinishing without demolition requires careful removal of old tiles from concrete surfaces and walls, then applying a new waterproof layer before new tiles or marble. Existing runs are inspected and weak sections replaced inside the walls, keeping the main pipe routes unchanged.

Zahraa lies in Hawalli governorate, a quiet residential neighbourhood of standalone villas and older secondary structures.

Most bathrooms in older Zahraa villas have simple concrete floors 12 to 15 centimetres thick that need waterproofing before new tiles.

Questions about No-demolition bathroom renovation in Zahraa

Call now
Can we renew the bathroom without breaking the old tiles at all?

Old tiles must be removed to apply a new waterproof layer and fresh tiles, but we do not break the concrete walls and floors underneath. Removal is careful and fast to reduce dust and noise in the villa.

What happens to the old pipes inside the walls?

We inspect them first; if sound, they stay in place. If we find corrosion or leaks, we replace weak sections from inside the wall without widening openings.
