What pipe cleaning covers
Full removal of scale, sediment and deposit build-up from supply and drain pipes

Hard scale removal
Breaking down calcium and magnesium deposits lining pipe walls

uPVC line cleaning
Removing sediment and biofilm from plastic drainage and supply lines

Pressurised water flush
Controlled pressure flush cleans pipe walls without damaging joints

Supply run cleaning
Clearing built-up deposits from hot and cold PPR supply runs

Pipe jacket check
Inspecting insulation condition after cleaning and sealing exposed gaps

Reinstatement works
Closing any wall or floor opening made to access the pipe
Mistakes that make pipe cleaning go wrong
Using strong acid solutions
Concentrated acids corrode PPR joints and weaken the inner wall of plastic pipes
Excessive flush pressure
Too much flush pressure loosens unsupported joints and forces water into wall cavities
Cleaning without isolation
Opening a pipe for cleaning without closing the isolation valve causes sudden flooding
Skipping the final rinse
Residual cleaning agents left inside pipes contaminate water and damage mixer cartridges
Things to check before you call
Note where pressure dropped
Check whether low pressure is in one outlet or throughout the whole floor
Last cleaning date
Knowing when pipes were last cleaned helps estimate the scale build-up level
Pipe material installed
PPR, uPVC or galvanised iron each needs a different cleaning method and pressure
Photos of visible deposits
Photos of tap outlets or hose ends help diagnose scale level before the visit
More in water pipe runs.
What goes wrong with most plumbing.
Plumbing problems start hidden and end with breaking tiles. These three cost the most.
01Pipes laid in a rush
Pipework rushed before the walls close stays hidden until it starts to leak.
02Leaks you cannot see
A slow leak behind tiles shows up as damp, stains and a higher water bill.
03Nobody answers in an emergency
A burst pipe at night cannot wait for a contractor who has moved on.
The solution?
Pipework, leak detection and maintenance from one licensed company.

Pipes laid in a rushFirst-fix plumbing by the builder
Laid as part of the build, before the walls close.

How it works.
Call or whatsApp
Describe the problem and building location across any Kuwait governorate
Site inspection
We check pipe material, deposit level and required access points
Quotation
A clear quote covering cleaning and any reinstatement works needed
Cleaning execution
We isolate the line and clean using the method suited to pipe material
Final flush and handover
Full flush confirms clean water flow before handover
What sets the price.
Several site-specific factors shape the final quote; a site visit confirms the full scope
Get a quoteLength of line treated
Longer pipe runs require more time and cleaning passes
Scale and deposit severity
Heavy scale hardened over years needs multiple treatment stages
Pipe material
Galvanised iron needs different treatment pressure and agents than PPR or uPVC
Access to pipe runs
Pipes hidden inside walls or under tiles may need access openings cut
Reinstatement after cleaning
Closing opened walls or relaying tiles after access adds to the overall cost

Questions, answered.
Call nowHow do I know pipes need cleaning rather than full replacement?
Gradual pressure loss without visible leaks usually points to scale build-up rather than pipe failure. An inspection confirms which applies before any work begins.
Is the water safe to use immediately after pipe cleaning?
A thorough final flush removes all residue before we hand over. Running each tap for a few minutes afterwards is a sensible extra check.
Will pipe cleaning improve water pressure throughout the whole floor?
If scale has narrowed the main supply runs, cleaning restores flow noticeably. Low pressure caused by a failing pump or an undersized incoming line needs a separate check.
How often should pipes be cleaned in a typical Kuwaiti home?
It depends on local water hardness and the pipe materials installed. Homes supplied with very hard water accumulate scale faster and benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Can old galvanised iron pipes be cleaned or must they be replaced?
Cleaning works on galvanised pipes if the wall thickness is still adequate. Heavily corroded pipes with paper-thin walls are better replaced fully, as cleaning can expose weak spots.
