What sets this area apart

Kuwait City plots range from 350 to 600 square metres, split between older buildings with shallow foundations and newer homes built to updated structural standards. For the single-storey house, we dig concrete footings accounting for the shallow groundwater table, and build 25-centimetre-thick cement-block walls on the foundation concrete. Final finishing includes plaster, external cladding, and interior marble or ceramic floors as chosen.

Kuwait City in the Capital governorate, where the Grand Mosque and Kuwait Towers stand as architectural landmarks that set local building standards.

Foundation pit depths in Kuwait City must not be less than 1.5 metres to avoid groundwater saturation.

Questions about Single-storey house construction in Kuwait City

Call now
How do you handle shallow groundwater during excavation?

We pump water out using side-drainage methods and can raise the foundation level if needed to ensure structural integrity. We coordinate this with the site engineer and consulting office.

Does the work include handover with all utilities (water, power, sewage)?

Yes. We run water supply pipes, drainage lines and electrical conduits according to the approved service plan, and connect them to the official meter and discharge points before final handover.
