Can the supervision office oversee a contractor we hired independently?
Yes. The supervision office operates independently of the contractor, monitoring and documenting work without interfering in your separate contract with the builder.
What happens if the contractor refuses to follow the resident engineer's instructions?
The engineer issues a written correction notice and records the refusal in the site log. This documentation protects the owner legally and supports any subsequent dispute.
Are reports from the resident office accepted by official inspection authorities?
