Before you call us

More in engineering supervision.
What goes wrong on most builds.
Most problems are built in early and found late. These three cost the most to fix.
01Shortcuts under the finish
Concrete and steel disappear under the finish, so a shortcut there stays hidden until it cracks.
02Mistakes behind the wall
A water or drain mistake found after the finish means breaking new tile.
03A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
The solution?
One licensed company for the structure, the pipes and the finish.

Shortcuts under the finishEngineering supervision on site
The structure is followed before it is covered.

Mistakes behind the wallPlumbing by the same company
Laid before the walls close.

The same company finishes and maintains.

What sets the price.
Contract value is set by project-specific factors; there is no standard rate
Get a quoteVisit frequency
Weekly versus monthly visit frequency directly affects the contract value
Number of floors
More floors mean a longer project with more structural stages requiring inspection
Report detail level
Detailed photographic reports with material tests take longer than brief summary reports
Project location
Remote sites in governorates such as Jahra or Ahmadi add travel time and cost
Contract duration
Longer contracts carry a higher total but typically a lower monthly cost

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan a supervision contract start after construction has already begun?
Yes, a contract can begin at any stage. We start by reviewing and documenting what has already been built, then supervise all remaining stages. Starting earlier gives you a more complete record.
What happens if the contractor does not act on the supervisor's observations?
The supervisor issues a formal written notice recorded in the site log, and a copy is sent to the owner. The owner then decides whether to escalate or halt the pour based on that documented record.
How many times a week does the supervisor visit the site?
Visit frequency is set in the contract and linked to work pace. During heavy pouring stages visits may be daily; during waiting periods they reduce. The schedule is adjusted by mutual agreement if the work pace changes.
Are the supervision reports accepted formally when the municipality inspection takes place?
Reports signed by a licensed engineer strengthen the municipality inspection file and document that work matches approved drawings. Official acceptance terms are determined by the relevant authority.
Does a periodic supervision contract replace having a resident supervision office on site?
No, they are different. A periodic supervision contract suits projects that do not need a continuous daily presence. A resident office provides an engineer on site throughout working hours and is more suitable for large or fast-moving projects.
