Yes. Construction supervision is independent of who holds the build contract. We attend the site as the owner's representative, review the contractor's work and report findings directly to you.
What happens if the supervisor finds a rebar error before the pour?
The supervisor issues a written correction notice immediately and the pour does not proceed until the fault is fixed. This is the moment supervision earns its value: the defect is addressed before concrete covers it.
Does construction supervision include the finishing works?
This service focuses on the structural build phase, rebar, concrete and block walls. Oversight of finishing works can be added to the contract if the owner requires it.
How does an owner living outside Kuwait follow progress?
After each visit the owner receives a signed photo report covering completed work, correction notices issued and the next expected stage. A direct call is made whenever an urgent issue arises.
Is construction supervision legally required in Kuwait?
Approved plans and permits are required before construction starts. Engineering supervision is the practical means of ensuring the build follows those approved drawings. Without it, deviations may go unnoticed until defects become structural.
