All that is needed to turn an ageing house into a clear, buildable plot.

Old-house demolition
Full removal of the standing structure including slabs, walls and columns.

Reinforced-concrete breaking
Breaking old slabs and columns with hydraulic breakers mounted on excavators.

Foundation removal

Rubble clearance
Loading and hauling all debris off-site to approved disposal points.

Site levelling
Compacting and levelling the plot for a clean handover ready for new drawings.
Equipment and methods used

Breaks aged concrete with directed force, limiting vibration to adjacent properties.
Water misting for dust
Fine water spray suppresses concrete dust during breaking in residential streets.
Temporary shoring props
Support shared walls while load-bearing elements beside them are removed.
Long-reach excavator
Reaches deep old footings in salty Kuwaiti soil and extracts them safely.

More in demolition & rebuild.
What goes wrong on most builds.
Most problems are built in early and found late. These three cost the most to fix.
01Shortcuts under the finish
Concrete and steel disappear under the finish, so a shortcut there stays hidden until it cracks.
02Mistakes behind the wall
A water or drain mistake found after the finish means breaking new tile.
03A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
The solution?

What sets the price.
What you pay depends on factors tied to the structure and site conditions.
Get a quoteHouse area and storeys
Larger area and more storeys increase machine time and labour needed.
Concrete age and thickness
Old thick concrete takes longer to break and raises the overall cost.
Below-ground elements
Cesspits, tanks or deep footings add excavation and removal costs.
Site access width
Narrow entrances restrict machine size and may require alternative methods.
Rubble disposal distance
Distance to the approved disposal point affects haulage and fuel costs.

Questions, answered.
Call nowDo you need a demolition permit before work can begin?
Yes, a municipality demolition permit must be in hand before any machine starts. The property owner applies for it in advance, and we can guide you on the documents needed.
The old house shares a wall directly with the neighbour's house. how do you handle that?
We install temporary shoring props against the shared wall before removing any load-bearing element beside it, then work top-down to keep the wall stable throughout.
Does the price include rubble removal and levelling or are those charged separately?
The written quote states clearly what is included. We normally offer a single all-in price covering demolition, rubble haulage and final levelling, confirmed in the signed contract.
The old house has an underground water tank and an old cesspit. do you remove those too?
Yes. We empty both first, then break them out and remove the debris, backfilling the void with compacted material. Their depth and size are assessed on the site visit and included in the quote.
Can the old-house demolition and the new build be covered under one contract?
Yes. We cover demolition and new construction under a single agreement. This removes coordination gaps and ensures the cleared plot meets the exact requirements of the new build from day one.
