What the demolition covers
We handle the full building takedown from roof slab to ground level, clearing everything after.

Full building demolition
All slabs, block walls and columns removed down to ground level.

Reinforced-concrete breaking
Hydraulic breaker attachment fractures thick concrete slabs and columns efficiently.

Utility disconnection
Electricity, water and drainage lines isolated before demolition work begins.

Shared-wall protection
Adjacent boundary walls shored and covered to prevent cracking or collapse.

Rubble clearance
All broken concrete and debris loaded, hauled off site and ground levelled.

Demolition and rebuild
Single contract covering demolition then new construction on the same plot.
Signs the building needs demolition
Wide structural cracks
Diagonal cracks wider than a finger on columns or slabs signal irreparable frame failure.
Bulging columns or walls
A visibly bowed load-bearing wall or column means the structure is no longer distributing load safely.
Rebar rust bursting concrete
Spalling cover concrete exposing rusted rebar shows advanced corrosion through the structural frame.
Building past its structural life
An aged structure that fails current permit requirements and cannot support renovation or added floors.
Tools and methods used
Hydraulic breaker
Excavator-mounted hydraulic hammer breaks reinforced slabs and columns with controlled impact force.
Hydraulic demolition shear
Hydraulic shear cuts through rebar and separates large concrete sections for easier loading.
Water misting for dust control
Continuous water spray over breaking zones suppresses heavy concrete dust in Kuwait's dry air.
Temporary shoring props
Steel props support shared walls and adjacent slabs before demolition begins to prevent unplanned collapse.
More in demolition & rebuild.
What goes wrong on most builds.
Most problems are built in early and found late. These three cost the most to fix.
01Shortcuts under the finish
Concrete and steel disappear under the finish, so a shortcut there stays hidden until it cracks.
02Mistakes behind the wall
A water or drain mistake found after the finish means breaking new tile.
03A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
The solution?
One licensed company for the structure, the pipes and the finish.

Shortcuts under the finishEngineering supervision on site
The structure is followed before it is covered.

Mistakes behind the wallPlumbing by the same company
Laid before the walls close.

A rushed finishFinishing, and maintenance after
The same company finishes and maintains.

Call or whatsApp
Tell us the building location, storey count and reason for demolition.
Site inspection
We assess the structure, access, utilities and confirm the demolition scope.
Quote and contract
A clear price covering demolition and clearance is agreed and signed.
Utilities cut, work starts
All services confirmed isolated before machines begin the structural takedown.
Clearance and handover
All rubble hauled away and the levelled plot handed back to you.
What sets the price.
Every quote follows a site visit; these are the main factors that move the price.
Get a quoteBuilding size and storeys
More floors and built area means more concrete to break and more rubble to remove.
Slab and column thickness
Thick slabs and large columns demand longer machine hours from the hydraulic breaker.
Site access width
A narrow entrance limits equipment size and slows rubble loading and truck movement.
Below-ground elements
Deep footings or buried tanks add excavation and removal time to the scope.
Rubble disposal distance
The distance to the nearest approved dump site affects truck trip count and total cost.
Why one contractor beats four.
Every extra contractor means another schedule and another excuse. With us, one company answers for all of it.
Turnkey
Shell and finishing with one company, from footings to keys.
Pay in instalments
Construction and finishing on instalments. Ask us for the details.
Engineering supervision
Architectural drawings and engineering supervision on site.
After handover
Maintenance contracts and a 24-hour emergency plumber.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan you demolish a building that shares a wall directly with a neighbour's property?
Yes. We install temporary shoring props on the shared wall before any breaking starts, and we use hydraulic attachment work rather than higher-vibration methods to protect the adjoining structure.
What happens to the steel rebar after demolition?
Rebar is separated from broken concrete and removed with the rubble. If the owner wants to retain the steel for resale, that is agreed in the contract before work begins.
How do you control the heavy dust when concrete is being broken?
We apply continuous water misting directly at the breaking points throughout the operation. In Kuwait's dry air, without misting, fine concrete dust travels quickly to neighbouring buildings.
Can I sign a single contract for the demolition and then the new build?
Yes. We offer a combined contract covering full demolition followed by new construction on the same plot, saving the owner the effort of coordinating between separate contractors.
Do you level the ground after the rubble is removed?
Yes. Once all rubble is hauled away, we level the ground within the plot boundary and hand it back ready for the next stage of work.
