What sets this area apart

Anjafa is a residential district of three to four-storey older buildings and single villas on 600 to 900 square-metre plots. Buildings there were constructed in different periods with typically 1.5-metre or deeper strip foundations. Demolition requires careful site coordination because the street is narrow and equipment movement is limited. We work with Hawalli municipality for demolition and clearance approval before the new building rises.

Anjafa is in Hawalli governorate, a residential area with a mix of older villas and apartment buildings.

Anjafa streets are relatively narrow, limiting equipment width that can enter the site to a maximum of 3.5 metres.

Questions about Demolition & rebuild in Anjafa

Call now
How do you handle narrow streets when bringing heavy demolition equipment in?

We plan entry and exit routes beforehand and rent equipment with limited width suitable for the street. We also coordinate with Hawalli municipality for any temporary street closures if needed.

Are foundations of old villas in Anjafa deeper than modern construction standards?

Yes, many foundations there are 1.5 metres or deeper. We record the actual foundation depth before demolition and assess the excavation and blasting volume based on that.
