Sandwich-panel roofing in Ardhiya Industrial

What sets this area apart

Ardhiya Industrial warehouses feature wide, column-free interior spans and steel roofs that carry distributed loads from wind, rain and dust. Sandwich panels of 50 to 100 mm thickness provide thermal and acoustic insulation, fixed at regular intervals over main purlins. We install ventilation openings and drainage outlets in the roof to prevent water pooling, and account for minor ground-level variations between adjacent plots.

Ardhiya Industrial in Farwaniya governorate holds dozens of warehouses and workshops with steel frames and metal roofs, where metal roofing requires regular maintenance of joints and outlets.

Main steel purlins in Ardhiya warehouses typically span 20 to 30 metres without intermediate columns.

Questions about Sandwich-panel roofing in Ardhiya Industrial

Call now
How do you fix sandwich panels to the steel purlins?

We use standard steel bolts and fasteners with rubber washers to distribute load. Each panel is fixed at three to four points along the purlin, and gaps between panels are filled with flexible closure strips.

Do you seal water leaks at joints in the wide-span roofs?

Yes, every joint between panels and openings around vents and ducts gets sealed with flexible silicone or polyurethane sealant. We test joints immediately after installation with hose water to confirm they are watertight.
