What sets this area apart

Mubarak Al-Abdullah is a suburban area of multi-storey villas on relatively large plots, most facing direct sun exposure on west and south-facing walls. Exterior walls are standard thickness (20, 30 cm) of brick and concrete, and most older villas lack original thermal insulation or need upgrading. We choose the insulation material, polyurethane foam or mineral wool, based on wall thickness, available space and budget, and install it carefully to cover all gaps without thermal bridges or breaches.

Mubarak Al-Abdullah sits in Hawalli governorate, a suburban district of spaced villas on open plots away from industrial zones.

Most villas in the area are 3 to 4 storeys high, requiring secure external scaffolding to install insulation on the outer wall face safely.

Questions about Wall thermal insulation in Mubarak Al-Abdullah

Call now
Can exterior walls be insulated without breaking the interior décor?

Yes, if there is adequate space on the exterior façade. We bond the insulation layer directly to the outer wall and cover it with a protective finish, leaving the interior untouched.

Is interior wall insulation effective at reducing heat?

Less effective than exterior insulation because the wall itself still absorbs heat. But if exterior space is tight, we apply insulation on the inside and cover it with a lightweight partition or heat-reflective coating.
