What sets this area apart

Kuwait City roofs range from modern residential and commercial buildings with flat concrete decks to older structures needing re-insulation. Extreme heat and seasonal humidity cause fine cracks and flaking in aged insulation layers. Before installation we remove damaged layers, clean the surface of dust and salt deposits, patch concrete cracks, then apply the combined insulation system evenly across the entire roof.

Kuwait City lies in the Capital governorate, a densely built central district with multi-storey buildings and roofs in varying condition.

Combined insulation layers require a minimum curing period of 48 hours before exposure to rain or heavy loading.

Questions about Water & heat insulation in Kuwait City

Call now
What is the difference between waterproofing alone and combined water-and-heat insulation?

Waterproofing alone protects against seepage only. Combined water-and-heat insulation adds a reflective or thermal barrier layer that reduces the roof's solar absorption, easing thermal stress on the concrete and insulation and extending its lifespan.

Do we need to fully remove old insulation before installing the new system?

If old insulation is bonded and intact, we may apply the new system directly after cleaning. If it is cracked or delaminating, it must be fully removed to ensure proper adhesion and optimal performance of the new system.
