What sets this area apart
Fintas is a coastal area near Al-Jafra and Mahboula, with old and new residential villas and blocks exposed continuously to sea moisture and salt spray. Metal shutters here rust faster than inland areas, and springs corrode more quickly from salt's effects on metal. During repair, we remove rust from slats and rails using specialist tools and chemical rust treatment, then apply protective coating to delay recurrence. We also inspect springs for fine cracks that may not be visible but could cause sudden failure.
Fintas sits in Ahmadi governorate near Fintas Co-op and the beach, a densely built coastal residential zone.
Fintas plots are less than 500 metres from the shoreline, exposing shutter metals to high concentrations of sea salt spray.

Questions about Window shutter repair in Fintas
Call nowWhy does rust form faster on shutters in Fintas than elsewhere?
The coastal environment and airborne sea salt reacts with shutter metals and accelerates rust formation. We treat rust and apply periodic protective coatings.
Are aluminium shutters better than steel ones in coastal areas?
Aluminium is less prone to rust but needs protection from electrochemical corrosion. Steel rusts faster but is easier to treat if regular maintenance is done.
