What sets this area apart
Yarmouk is a mixed residential zone with multi-storey apartment blocks and villas on medium-sized, closely spaced plots. Apartment blocks have reinforced concrete upper floors that sometimes carry visible water and drainage pipes. Villas are relatively newer with better-compacted bases. Main drainage pipes under ground can cause slight floor level dips, requiring local levelling before installation. In shared parking we avoid dark boards that are affected by high heat from asphalt.
