SPC is more stable under variable moisture and heat, less prone to swelling. In coastal villas, we use SPC exclusively because it better absorbs seasonal expansion than thin vinyl.
Do we need to uninstall and reinstall flooring because of moisture?
If moisture exceeds acceptable levels at pre-installation testing, we do not start work. We request surface drying or improved waterproofing first. After correct installation, the floor is stable and does not need removal.
