What the service covers
Site clearance through to a fully operational public or commercial landscape ready for daily use.

Ground preparation
Grading, soil amendment and drainage routing before any planting begins.

Planting and species
Salt-tolerant, heat-resistant species suited to exposed public and commercial sites.

Automatic irrigation
Commercial-grade drip or pop-up irrigation with a central timer controller.

Hardscape and paving
Pathways, entry zones and seating areas in high-pressure heat-resistant stone.

Outdoor lighting
Low-voltage LED path lighting and plant uplighting on a weatherproof circuit.

Post-handover maintenance
Initial commissioning, irrigation pressure check and sprinkler angle adjustment.
Materials and methods used
High-pressure concrete paving
Dense-mix concrete pavers resist heavy foot traffic and thermal expansion without cracking in Kuwait's heat.
Sub-surface drip lines
Buried drip lines cut evaporation sharply and deliver water directly to root zones in summer heat.
Perlite-amended growing soil
Mixing perlite into local soil improves drainage and prevents the hardening common in Kuwait's alkaline ground.
Epoxy edge sealant
Sealing hardscape edges stops fine dust undercutting paving joints and keeps borders fixed over time.

More in landscaping.
What goes wrong with most finishing.
The finish is what you see every day, and its mistakes do not hide. These three are the most common.
01A rushed finish
The finish is what you live with every day. Rushing it shows in every corner.
02Four contractors for one finish
Tiling, gypsum, paint and aluminium crews who never talk to each other.
03After-care that never comes
Once you have the keys, it is hard to find anyone to come back and fix what shows up.
The solution?
Full finishing, and maintenance after it, from one licensed company.

Design proposal
We present a layout plan with plant list, irrigation and lighting design.
Execution
Ground prep, then planting, hardscape, irrigation and lighting in sequence.
Handover and commissioning
Irrigation is commissioned, lighting adjusted and site handed over ready for use.
What sets the price.
No fixed price list applies; the quote depends on site conditions, materials chosen and design complexity.
Get a quoteTotal site area
Larger sites require more materials, plants, irrigation pipe and labour.
Irrigation system type
Pop-up sprinkler systems cost more to install than sub-surface drip lines.
Hardscape extent
Area of paved paths, plazas and seating zones directly affects material costs.
Plant species and density
Large trees and high planting density cost more than low ground-cover schemes.
Existing site condition
Sites needing demolition or removal of old paving require extra preparation work.
Why one contractor beats four.
Every extra contractor means another schedule and another excuse. With us, one company answers for all of it.

Questions, answered.
Call nowCan a commercial landscape be done with no live planting at all?
Yes. A site can be fully designed with hardscape, artificial turf and outdoor features without any live plants. This suits commercial sites with limited water supply or no dedicated irrigation connection.
Do Kuwait's dusty winds damage plants in open commercial sites?
Fine dust blocks leaf pores and stresses plants. We select species with smooth or waxy leaves that rinse easily, and we recommend low wind-break planting along exposed boundaries to reduce direct dust impact.
Does commercial landscaping include full-site outdoor lighting?
Landscape lighting along paths and planting beds is included. Facade or signage lighting is a separate scope handled under architectural lighting works.
How is commercial irrigation protected against Kuwait's high-mineral water?
We use wide-orifice emitters less prone to mineral clogging and program periodic line flushing into the controller. A sediment filter at the main entry point can be added where mineral load is especially high.
Can a commercial landscape project be executed in phases?
Yes. Hardscape and irrigation are typically done first with planting and lighting added in a later phase. Phasing must be planned upfront to avoid dismantling already-completed work.
