What sets this area apart
Mansouriya has medium-sized plots with ceiling heights between 2.8 and 3.2 metres in most buildings, and majlis areas are often confined to one wing or section of the villa. This requires smart furniture and lighting layout to maximise the sense of space and airflow. We select light wall colours and pale flooring that reflect light, and position cooling outlets away from main seating zones to avoid direct cold draughts.
Mansouriya is in Capital governorate, a residential district near the Fourth Ring Road and Mansouriya Co-op.
Mansouriya majlis spaces typically need layered lighting design to compensate for moderate ceiling heights and limited floor area.

Questions about Majlis interior design in Mansouriya
Call nowHow do we make a tight majlis space look larger and airier?
We apply light colours to walls and ceilings, light-reflective flooring, and distributed lighting in corners and overhead. Furniture is chosen compact and leg-elevated to expose more floor area.
Can we combine the majlis with an entry or transition space on a small plot?
Yes, with a subtle visual partition or simple floor edge. We coordinate colours and materials so the zones read as one flow, with unified lighting connecting both spaces without interrupting movement.
