What sets this area apart
Bayan is a quiet villa district on wide plots with adequate spacing between buildings. Villas here feature high ceilings, spacious living rooms and interior designs blending traditional and modern. Our gypsum ceilings suit this character; we choose gypsum 12 to 16 centimetres thick and hide air conditioning, electrical and internet pipes in one coordinated system. Lighting here is typically warm and soft, with recessed fixtures carefully distributed. We mind the final ceiling height to preserve the sense of space and comfort.
Bayan lies in Hawalli governorate, a quiet villa district near Bayan Palace and Bayan Co-op.
We avoid excessively low ceilings, maintaining a final height of no less than 240 centimetres to preserve comfort and openness.

Questions about Ceiling decor in Bayan
Call nowDo gypsum ceilings suit villas with traditional designs?
Yes, we choose simple and elegant gypsum designs that align with traditional style, with warm lighting and neutral colours that coordinate with existing décor.
How do you prevent neighbour noise carrying through ceilings in adjoining villas?
We use sound-insulating material between gypsum layers and beams, filling service gaps with sound-absorbing materials. This effectively reduces sound transmission.
