What sets this area apart

Anjafa is a residential area of mid-rise apartments and villas on medium-sized plots, mostly interior renovations or ground resurfacing projects. Existing floors are often damp or uneven, requiring a levelling concrete screed before porcelain fixing. The rectified tiles we use cut the joint width to roughly 1 mm, but demand precise base levelling and thermal mortar application to prevent tile slip under pressure.

Anjafa sits in Hawalli governorate, a residential area of apartment blocks and villas on medium-sized plots.

Seamless porcelain fixing requires a substrate deviation not exceeding 2 mm over one metre.

Questions about Seamless porcelain in Anjafa

Call now
What is the difference between rectified and standard porcelain for this installation type?

Rectified porcelain has precisely cut, uniform edges allowing very tight joints (roughly 1 mm) without visible seam lines. Standard porcelain has slightly wider natural edges requiring thicker joints.

Can seamless porcelain be laid on an old, uneven floor?

No, the base must be levelled with a concrete screed or levelling compound before installation. Any substrate deviation shows clearly in the very tight joints, so we check and correct any unevenness first.
