What sets this area apart

Jabriya plots are deep and contain multi-storey buildings including a hospital, shops and upper-floor apartments, many near main roads. Hospital and clinic floors face high foot traffic and daily cleaning with water and disinfectants, requiring very hard tiles with very low water absorption. Grout joints must be very narrow to prevent dust and bacteria accumulation, and we use antimicrobial grout. Residential apartments balance beauty and performance, so we select ceramic tiles with slip-resistant texture.

Jabriya lies in Hawalli governorate, a residential and healthcare district near Mubarak Hospital and Jabriya Co-op.

We limit grout joint width to no more than 2 mm in healthcare facilities to reduce dust and bacterial buildup.

Very hard ceramic tiles Grade 5 with water absorption below 0.5 percent. They withstand frequent cleaning and disinfectants without absorbing moisture.
