What sets this area apart

Daiya is a relatively modern residential neighbourhood dominated by individual villas and small apartment blocks of 3 to 4 storeys on level, regular plots. Most of these villas and buildings are recent construction with stable foundations, but intense heat and seasonal moisture require durable tiles and high-grade adhesive to prevent shrinkage and cracking. We test the sub-base for true flatness using a straightedge or laser level before laying any tile.

Daiya sits in Capital governorate near the British School of Kuwait and Daiya Park, a quiet modern residential neighbourhood.

We test sub-base flatness to within 3 mm per 2 square metres before tile-setting.

Questions about Floor tiling in Daiya

Call now
Can heavy tiles be laid on fresh concrete in new villas?

The concrete must cure for at least 28 days, then we check moisture before applying any barrier or tiles. Heavy tiles require a fully dry and level sub-base.

What tile grade suits Daiya's hot climate best?

We choose high-density porcelain or ceramic with very low water absorption. These resist thermal expansion and contraction from heat and cold cycles.
