The tank must be completely empty. Water and moisture prevent epoxy adhesion and cause coating failure. We pump out and fully ventilate the tank before any work begins.
After epoxy application, when can the tank be used again?
Epoxy coats need full cure time between 24 and 48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. After that we conduct a water pressure test and dry run before refilling.
