What sets this area apart

Yarmouk's buildings are mostly residential with 4 to 6 floors and ground-level commercial units, the trading spaces fairly tight. Small restaurants and cafés in these buildings need independent gas networks with their own meters and piping isolated from the flats above. The design calls for careful study of pipe routes on the ground floor and in the kitchen, since cable runs are limited and ceilings may be reinforced concrete.

Yarmouk lies in the Capital governorate, a residential neighbourhood centred around Yarmouk Sports Club and Yarmouk Co-op.

Central gas piping must be fixed to approved metal brackets at intervals not exceeding 1.5 metres.

Questions about Restaurant gas lines in Yarmouk

Call now
How many appliances (stoves and ovens) can be connected to a single gas line?

It depends on the line's sizing. We calculate the total load of each appliance in BTU and select the correct pipe diameter to support all devices together without pressure drop.

Can a new gas appliance be added later to an existing network?

Possible, but we must recalculate the line load and confirm the pipe diameter can handle the new appliance. If pressure will drop, we may need to upgrade the piping or run a separate line.
