What sets this area apart

Kuwait City's residential and commercial buildings require sealed gas networks routed through masonry and reinforced concrete walls with typical floor heights of 3 to 5 metres. Copper and galvanized steel pipes are mounted on metal brackets with thermal separators and kept apart from water and electrical runs by safe clearances. Pressure testing with nitrogen and engineer inspection happen before any wall closes, to ensure no leaks and remove debris from the lines.

Kuwait City is in the Capital governorate and holds the main administrative, residential and commercial buildings near Liberation Tower and Liberation Square.

Gas networks in administrative buildings require a segregated route from emergency and air-conditioning services under Kuwaiti building code.

Questions about Central gas first-fix in Kuwait City

Call now
How do you separate gas pipes from electrical and water lines in the same wall?

We use metal brackets at set intervals with thermal-insulating separators. Horizontal clearance between gas and electrical runs is at least 30 cm, and vertical clearance between gas and water lines is a minimum of 15 cm.

What inspections are required before the gas network is closed inside the walls?

We perform a thorough visual inspection of pipes and fittings, then nitrogen pressure test under site engineer supervision to ensure no leaks or debris remain in the network.
