What sets this area apart

Eqaila villas are relatively modern and luxury, built since the 1990s onward, with large pools featuring architectural refinement including multi-basin designs, variable depths or integrated jacuzzi systems. Linings are typically high-grade fiberglass or polyester membranes with modern pumps, filters and automated pH and chlorine control systems. But intermittent maintenance or misuse causes fine cracks in the membrane or failure of electronic controls, so we inspect lining, pipes and electronic devices and fix minor damage or replace faulty components.

Eqaila lies in Ahmadi governorate, a district of luxury villas near Al Kout Mall.

Modern Eqaila pools typically have automated systems to monitor water chemistry, pH and chlorine levels.

Questions about Pool renovation in Eqaila

Call now
Can a small crack in a fiberglass lining be patched?

Yes, fine cracks in fiberglass are patched with specialized fiberglass epoxy or a fiberglass patch. If the crack is deep or wide we may need to replace a section of the lining.

Can automated chemical control systems be repaired or must they be replaced?

We test the system first; if sensors are clean and wiring is sound we may recalibrate or replace a battery. But if sensors are broken or the control board is damaged we replace the entire system with a modern unit.
