What sets this area apart

Most pools in Anjafa are in villas built 15 years ago or longer, and commonly suffer cracking of the concrete lining and water seepage through fine fissures in the floor and side walls. Partially enclosed pools with glass canopies need extra inspection of the joints and openings around the frame. We test water quality and pump and filter systems; if they are old or faulty, we replace them with new units sized to the pool volume.

Anjafa is in Hawalli governorate, a district of detached residential villas and small apartment blocks with moderate plot sizes.

Most residential pools range in depth from 1.2 to 1.8 metres and require the pump and filter system to be calibrated to the water volume.

Questions about Pool renovation in Anjafa

Call now
How do you identify the source of a leak in an older pool?

We inspect the concrete lining visually and with simple tests such as adding dye near visible cracks to trace water flow, and track moisture seepage outside the pool if present.

Can the concrete lining be repaired without fully draining the pool?

It depends on the type and location of damage. Minor seeps in side walls can sometimes be treated underwater with resinous compounds, but deep cracks or floor damage needs full drainage for proper cleaning and repair.
