What sets this area apart

Villas in Zahraa are typically two or three storeys on plots 20 to 25 metres deep, requiring deep foundations to pass through weak soil layers to firm sand below. We excavate to 3 metres or deeper, then pour concrete piles and reinforced bases. Columns span between floors with load-bearing beams supporting floor slabs, and each slab must pour monolithically to ensure frame integrity before formwork removal.

Zahraa lies in Hawalli governorate, a district of detached villas on regular plots set back from the main road.

Most Zahraa villas sit on plots with a natural grade 1 to 2 metres above street level, which affects the required foundation depth.

Questions about Villa shell construction in Zahraa

Call now
How deep do foundations need to go in Zahraa?

We excavate until reaching firm sand, usually 3 to 4 metres deep. We start from the excavation level and pour reinforced concrete bases that carry the frame weight and live loads.

Can the floor slab be poured in stages or must it be poured whole in one day?

The slab must pour as one continuous pour to ensure plate integrity and avoid weak lines between sections. We prepare the site with formwork and rebar ready before ready-mix concrete arrives.
