What sets this area apart

Most residential buildings in Yarmouk are four to six storeys with concrete slabs exposed to sun and humidity. A rooftop annex requires careful slab inspection before design: we measure thickness, take concrete samples and calculate whether the slab can bear the weight of new walls and interior divisions. After approval, we pour foundations directly on the slab without excavation, and hand over the annex ready for final finishing.

Yarmouk lies in Kuwait governorate and contains mid-rise residential buildings with level roofs suited to structural additions.

Standard concrete roof slabs in Yarmouk residential buildings are at least twenty centimetres thick.

Questions about Rooftop annex in Yarmouk

Call now
How do you confirm the existing slab can carry the new annex weight?

We take concrete samples, measure slab thickness and test them in the lab. Based on results, we calculate load capacity and design the annex within those limits.

Do you need to demolish any part of the existing roof to build the annex?

Usually no. We build directly on the existing roof if it is sound. In rare cases we may remove a small top layer for cleaning only.

Have a plot, or a house to renovate?

Call or send a WhatsApp message and tell us about your project.
